Brad and I just signed the loan agreement and picked up our new car today ^^

We hadn't planned on replacing my Honda yet... (even though it's a 1990 ) but we found out that the transmission was going and that our car had maybe a month.. so we were able to get a good deal at the dealership my mom works at on a 2002 Mazda 626 We're very excited

Brad and I's 1 year anniversary is coming up August 26th wow.. can't believe how long it's been.. yet at the same time it feels even longer.. lol

I'm sooooo nervous.. Brad's parents moved back to the mainland (they were living on Oahu), back to Las Vegas and my mom, Brad and I are heading to Vegas over Labor Day weekend and I'm going to meet his parents for the first time... soooo nervous

Brad and I had planned to go to an anime convention that they're having in Vegas but we've decided to wait and go to a larger one in Southern California next summer or something. I never thought I'd get into anime but it's actually pretty awesome... you just have to find the right one for your personal tastes. They're not all little kid-ish, in fact some can be fairly dark... anyway.. for anyone who's interested I'd recommend Bleach (lots of action and some comedy in between), Afro Samurai (somewhat dark, great fight scenes) and Chobits is just adorable. lol

Work's going pretty good.. and we may be offered some extra work on Saturday mornings at the paper... and more money is always good.. especially now that we're tied into a 4 year auto loan.

I hope things are well with all of you. I realize I'm not really active but I do come on and read deviations and journals, even when I don't comment on them.
